In the summer of 2015, a young couple from Taichung realized their dream by founding the Morning Chicken Crowing.

Initially, they started from scratch, working hands-on in market research, product development, store design, and advertising efforts. Starting with nothing, their business wasn't very good at first, but they never gave up and persisted in learning and improving.

To develop distinctive dishes, the couple sought out more local specialty ingredients, constantly overcoming difficulties and challenges, and committed themselves to providing the healthiest and most unique breakfast options.

The core of their brand is to ensure that people enjoy delicious food while also focusing on health, allowing their own children to have healthy, minimally processed breakfasts.

Today, Good Morning Rooster has become a popular brand with many branches across Taiwan and a loyal customer base. They have consistently upheld and passed down the essence of Taiwan's breakfast culture
